Bridge Building Session
This 60-minute virtual session is where our journey begins. Together, we’ll create a personalized postpartum plan tailored to your needs, priorities, and lifestyle.

Virtual Support Package
Receive compassionate support from anywhere. This three-week virtual package includes: One weekly 45-minute check-in (video or phone) | Ongoing messaging support via text or voice note. | Light emotional wellness coaching and guidance through postpartum transitions

Coaching session
(Available in Metro Atlanta only. 2-hour minimum.) This hands-on support is designed to meet you where you are — literally and emotionally. Sessions may include:
Emotional and mental wellness support
Infant care guidance and newborn soothing tips
Light household tasks (tidying, laundry, organizing baby gear)
Basic meal prepping to nourish you during recovery
Available up to 3 times per week, based on availability.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance
